Loren was diagnosed with a very rare type of cancer called Thymus Carcinoma. This grows under the breastbone where white blood cells are made. It inhibits the ability to make white bloods cells to fight off infections. The tumor has attached itself to the outside of the right lung. Please keep my dad in your thoughts as he begins his battle with a very rare type of cancer and an autoimmune disorder.
