Early on June 22nd Logan was in a serious car accident.  He was alert and responsive when emergency personnel arrived at the scene.  He was transported to Methodist's emergency room for initial trauma assessment.  With God's grace the tests were all good except for some contusion in the chest (lungs and heart).  Some more tests revealed a tear between the lower chambers of his heart.  This is not life threatening but is of primary concern and will need to be fixed when he is strong or sooner if needed.  Due to this he was transported to Mercy Medical Center for their pediatric cardiac unit.  At this time no surgery is scheduled and they want him to rest and recover.
