Liz Villarreal Liz V vs Big Bad Tumors

First post: Nov 6, 2022 Latest post: Nov 18, 2022

Liz has battled uterine discomfort and pain for years - and had various diagnoses and treatments. In recent months things have spiraled though. She is currently working with an oncology unit and awaiting for hysterectomy and ostomy surgery. Masses are growing rapidly and are creating compounding problems and pain. The pressure on the kidneys are causing kidney-stone like pain. And, the pressure on her colon is making eating a challenge - and may be causing long-term damage to her colon.

Surgery is likely going to be in December (fingers crossed for earlier) - so long to wait and to be in pain. Hospitalization is projected to be 1-3 weeks, with months of recovery afterwards. Of course, she'll need help then, too. But right now the pain is debilitating and she is exhausted. Coping with this as a single person is an additional challenge, please help however you are able!
