Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

On the morning of Saturday, November 18, 2017, Liz was at Lawrence High School helping with a Lawrence Children's Choir dress rehearsal. She was at the sound booth working with her dear friend Simon Wenger, when she collapsed. She was taken by ambulance to Lawrence Memorial Hospital, and from there she was life-flighted to Children's Mercy Hospital. She was diagnosed with a ruptured arteriovenous malformation (AVM).
