A little over four years ago, Liv was in a car accident. Due to the injuries in that car accident, she has issues with balance and many other things. She has sustained at least two more, that we know of, head traumas. Seizures, migraines. She's had to fight really hard to be Ok. As of November 2019, Liv has sustained a partial relapse and we are back in treatment.
I'm her only caretaker. In caring for her needs, I neglected some of my own. I'm battling some significant illness of my own. I'm preparing for bariatric surgery. I'm trying to navigate our new world. Services. Doctors. SSI. Legal guardianship. It's a lot. And I can't do this on my own..
