Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep Lisa's family and friends updated in one central place. In January 2020, at 36 years old, Lisa, the mother of daughters, Aria & Amelia, was diagnosed with Lung Cancer. After undergoing treatment, she successfully won that battle, until January 2021, when the primary Lung Cancer showed signs of metastasizing to her brain. Through Winter/Spring 2021 she underwent multiple surgeries and treatments to control the spread of the disease. This week, Lisa learned that she has developed new signs of the disease in her brain fluid, as well as in her spinal fluid. Her team of specialists at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania are putting together a treatment plan, which includes radiation, beginning in the coming weeks. As you can imagine, this is overwhelming, not only for Lisa, but also her husband, Will, and her parents, Bob & Nancy, and extended family and close friends. Lisa is remaining focused on the path ahead of her, and her greatest wish is that you keep her and her loved ones in your prayers.
