I have so many friends and such a loving and supportive family, that I felt I needed to keep everyone updated on my newest obstacle in life. I was diagnosed with bladder cancer on April 1, 2016. No damn joke here! For a brief moment my world came to a stop. Then the following week after a PET scan they found that the cancer is also in my lymph nodes. Stage 4 my Oncologist said......again my world just stopped. After lots of crying and letting others know, I realize that I can't let tis damn cancer take me out anytime soon! I have got way too much to live for and FIGHT for. Those who have know me for years know I have overcome several speed bumps in my life and just keep moving, so now I just have a wall I have to get over. One of my famous sayings after I have had a few cocktails is "I've got this", well now sober right now I say "We've got this". I have the best damn support system anyone could ask for. Family. Friends, God and my stubborn ass self have no other option! Love you all.....we will update as often as possible.
