On April 20th, 2022, Lisa was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. The diagnosis came as a shock to all of us, but we continue to remain positive as Lisa makes strides in her journey toward healing. She just finished her 2nd round of chemotherapy in Jupiter, where she is currently seeking the most aggressive chemotherapy treatment close to her home. More scans to be performed after the 3rd or 4th round to see how she is responding and if the tumors are shrinking. Lisa is prepared to fight this with the full love and support of her family and friends. She is a true warrior!
We appreciate the outpouring of love and support we've received. We understand that many are looking for ways to help, and we hope to organize a meal train toward the end of June. In the meantime, Lisa is being well taken care of by her loving husband, son, daughter, mother, and sisters-in-law. Thank you for your prayers, support, and words of hope and encouragement. We will continue to update this page as much as possible.
