As many of you know, our family has been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. My mom, stepdad, sister and myself have all tested positive and are fighting a daily battle with symptoms from this horrible illness. My mom has been fighting COVID since Sept. 9th and has been hospitalized at the John Hopkins Hospital. She is currently admitted on the COVID inpatient unit and has the best nurses and doctors. With the support of oxygen, my mom has good and bad days but is currently alert and stable. There have been so many people who love and care about us and while all of the love and concern is SO SO greatly appreciated, my family decided to make a CareBridge page to keep everyone updated. This seems to be the best way to provide that type of information to anyone who wants updates. We’re all so fortunate to have such amazing people in our lives, with whom we cannot wait to reunite when this storm clears. We are all in this together. ❤️
