As many of you know, I was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Being 36 years old, this was not on my radar, nor had I had any screenings for it. I was very fortunate to have found it on my own. Pathology came back with it being Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, under 2 inches, Grade 2 tumor and no indication that there is lymph node involvement yet. Hormone receptors came back as Estrogen Positive, Progesterone Positive, and HER2 Negative. I am scheduled for first of three surgeries on August 26, 2019. After the surgery I should have more information on my treatment regimen. I've created this site to keep family and friends updated. I appreciate your support and words of encouragement.
