Mom...Grandma...Aunt Linda...Miss Linda...Mama Linda...Grandma Linda...Lady Linda... She has so many names and is loved by so many people. And right now, she is really, really, sick!
This past Tuesday (February 26), Linda had severe abdominal pain. She was taken to Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL and quickly admitted. She had some relief with medicine Tuesday evening, however by Wednesday morning, she was moved to ICU and shortly after taken in for emergency surgery. We all thought that was the beginning of the healing process. However, on Thursday morning it was determined that Linda was in sepsis shock.
We want to keep everyone updated with her progress. Right now, here are the specific prayer requests:
-- That Linda's kidneys would start to function properly. -- That her blood pressure would stay up without the assistance of medicines. -- That the infection that has reeked havoc on her will be completely healed. -- That the Laturner family will stay strong and comforted during this time.
