On July 19th Linda suffered a proximal mid cerebral stroke. She was transported to Cambridge hospital where she was given a clot dissolving medication. Linda was intubated and flown to Omaha where doctors attempted unsuccessfully to remove the clot. Linda is at this time waking up more and able to follow some commands. The hope is that doctors can remove the breathing tube today so that we can better understand the effects of the stroke
