Linda Dean's Village of Amazing People, 


Linda starting having some bleeding this summer and knew something was wrong.  Was able to get into an OBGYN in July where they did an examine and biopsy.  We found out shortly there after that she has uterine cancer.  We scheduled a full hysterectomy surgery on September 7th, where they also removed 7 lymph nodes.  Linda recovered very well from the surgery - thank you for all the love, meals, flowers, and thoughts!  
On September 24th, we found out that the cancer had spread - it is a local spread so 100% treatable.  Linda has to go through 6 Chemotherapy treatments (first one is tomorrow - October 14th).  The treatments are about 3 weeks apart.  And after the treatments are done, she will probably have to go through radiation treatments to ensure they have eliminated all cancer cells (even the small ones).  
Linda is scared and feeling very overwhelmed so best bet is to get updates here or contact me on my cell.  She is feeling the love and appreciates everyone's thoughts, meals, flowers, and love.
