Our sweet new little one, Mary Evelyn, arrived on May 29th at 34 weeks. She is doing well and I will continue to keep everyone appraised of her condition. She was born with a condition called gastroschisis where her small intestines were on the outside of her body during development and had to be put back in surgically. The average amount of time that she will spend in the NICU is about 4 to 6 weeks but we are praying that she will make it out in record time.
