Leslie Pennebaker

Welcome family, friends and fans of Leslie Pennebaker. We know that you all care deeply about our mother and the success of her upcoming stem cell transplant and we will use this site to keep everyone informed of her progress. 


Leslie was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma on October 27, 2016. What we thought was an emergency procedure to address a hernia quickly turned into something more serious. Since her diagnosis, Leslie has undergone multiple rounds of chemotherapy and is now about to embark on a three week journey that we believe will result in a new life full of health and happiness for our mother. Words cannot express how proud we are of the strength, perseverance, bravery and faith that Leslie has shown since her diagnosis. She is a true role model to her children.


The road has not been easy. The Lord unexpectedly called Leslie's husband and best friend of 33 years home to His Kingdom on February 15th of this year. Bryan was her biggest supporter and he firmly believed that our mother would beat this cancer. We are missing him more than ever during this difficult time but we know that he is working through our family, friends and doctors to ensure that we are taken care of and in the best hands possible. 


Thank you to everyone for all of the support that you have provided to us through the form of prayers, meals, favors, flowers and cards. Your acts of kindness continue to lift us up in the midst of sadness and help us to be grateful for all of the blessings that have been bestowed upon us. Please continue to pray for strength and healing for our mother. We have no doubt that she will persevere through this difficult time and that GREAT things are yet to come!!!
