Les went in for a “hey I’m 50 and my wife says I need a colonoscopy” preventative procedure on Friday July 12. During the routine procedure the surgeon discovered a large “near obstructing” mass in his colon. He was immediately able to biopsy the mass and have a CT scan done which confirmed his suspicions that the mass was a malignant tumor. Receiving the news that he had Colon Cancer was not really what we expected to hear but God is faithful and this man who recently received his 30 year overdue tetanus shot 😬 went in for a preventative test that has likely saved his life. We will use this page to keep family and friends updated on Les’s journey. He is so loved and we know God is good even in cancer!
