HELP HIM WITH THIS ROCK-
Lenny Laks, longtime Mendonesian and a beloved songwriter is recovering from a fractured vertebra and broken hip. Lenny is still in ICU in Santa Rosa and not yet able to receive visitors or phone calls. As soon as Lenny is ready for visitors, we will use this site to coordinate visits. For now, Lenny's brother Bruce, Richie Rosenbaum and Louie Callas are in Santa Rosa with Lenny.
At some point, hopefully soon, Lenny will move to a rehabilitative care facility for additional therapy. That's when there will be additional opportunities to visit or lend a hand in one way or another. Lenny recently moved from Mendocino to The Woods in Little River to share a house with his brother Bruce. When Lenny returns home, there may be further opportunities to help.
This Caring Bridge web page is intended to be a way to share information and updates with you and to provide a way for you to send messages and well wishes to Lenny.
Lenny's music is available at Gallery Bookshop in Mendocino and online as CDs and downloads, so that's one way you can enjoy his music while lending a hand financially.
