Hi Family and Friends! This is the place we will be providing updates on Len's progress.

He had his second chemo treatment on Friday, July 7.  He's actually feeling really good, except for a bit of tingling in his fingers when he touches something cold. No beer for him unless he wears gloves!

He gained 6 lbs so far (I may have gained too, damn it!)  On Sunday he ate a hearty breakfast of three giant pancakes with whipped cream on top. I think I gained weight just looking at it. 

I can tell he is getting back to his old self when he starts swearing at other drivers.  His energy has been good, he even worked in the garden for a few hours on Saturday.  

This week we have a reprieve from medical appointments.  His oncology doc doesn't want to see him until Aug 1. I take that as a good sign.

Len and I want to take this time to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your good wishes, thoughts, and prayers. We are convinced all those positive vibes are working because he feels very good. Keep 'em coming!
