Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

Baby Legacee was born by emergency c-section on 9/25 @11:45 pm. She was measuring somewhere between 24-28 weeks, she weighs 1.6lbs and is 11in long.
We went to the er because I wasn't getting any movement from her with several attempts, long story short she was not getting proper oxygen or nutrients from me and I was suffering from Pre-eclampsia (bp of 191/110)  so there were lots of things going against us that my doctor thought it would be be best to go ahead and get Legacee out.
When My doctor was doing the c-section the placenta was detached and the cord was wrapped around her in a crazy way.

She is doing so good, she is not on a ventilator anymore and they are being so positive about her everyday growth, she will most likely be here until December. I just wanted to let you all know. We are doing good and welcome thoughts and prayers
