This is a way we hope to keep Lee’s village connected and updated. If I missed anyone certainly invite them by directing them to “Caring Bridge” and Lees name. Updates will be from me but we do share your thoughts with Lee. It’s hard for him to keep up with texting!

Lee got news of a pancreatic cyst in early March. We were instantly devastated. Attempted surgery on April 30th failed as it showed the cancer had started elsewhere also. Chemo began June 1st and has been ongoing and unrelenting. Lee has been so brave. We’ve had some bad fatigue times. We’ve also had some wonderful quality time with you all. However, as time has gone on the fatigue has increased and become untenable. Time to stop chemo and live life.

An ER visit and two days in the hospital suggested, although the tumors are responding some, there is also more growth. It’s all hocus locus and magic, no real answers. The rest is up to God, nature and whatever other spiritual source supports your life.

Lee has more life to live! He’s doing well and we are preparing together for a non-painful, smooth path.

Although this is truly a living nightmare it’s so diminished by your love and support.

Check for updates and small things that would be helpful. We are not leaving Lee alone now just to prevent falls. Besides it’s lovely to have this time together. Life doesn’t offer us that much in our busy world. He now has the solicitous wife he always wanted!! Love this man!

If you want to visit or hang with Lee check with me and we’ll make that work. Expect a roller coaster of energy...
