Lee was diagnosed with bladder cancer in February 2017. After completing chemotherapy, he had surgery at Johns Hopkins in June. He fought through numerous complications that have kept him in the hospital essentially from June through October. In mid-October, he had another surgery at Johns Hopkins. He is recovering, but is now facing metastatic cancer.
Lee feels buoyed by the support of family and friends. He is grateful for good doctors and kind nurses - especially those who listen to his plentiful stories and blues music. He enjoys reminiscing and would love to hear from you.
Of further note: We realize Caringbridge may need to raise funds for their organization. However the family is NOT soliciting funds. You honor Lee through your care and concern, thoughts and prayers and in whatever way you personally desire. Thank you.
