Laurie Steese

Hi friends and family of Laurie Steese.  Laurie had surgery on February 28, 2017 to correct a "mal-union" of a break in her left wrist which she originally broke April 15, 2016.  She will wear a bandage and splint over the surgical site until March 9 when Dr Weiss expects to be able to place a cast.  The cast will remain on for 6 - 8 weeks and once it is removed she will be in physical therapy for 2 months.  We anticipate she will need a lot of help with transportation and household chores for at least one month (through the end of March).  Thanks to all of you for your caring and offers of help.
