Laura Willcox

Our dear Laura had an aneurysm Saturday night and brain surgery Sunday. Monday, they found a second bleed which is inoperable due to its size and the proximity to the first bleed. They have been keeping her sedated because she still has swelling and were hoping against hope that the second bleed would clot. As things have progressed we came to understand that if she did by some miracle survive she would likely have had severe lasting brain damage. Monday night we received the devastating news that Laura will not survive this. She is 59, and a bright light in the lives of those who love her. We are overcome with grief at this devastating loss.
