Laura Hagemann

Laura was on her way to a fun filled weekend with friends at Backbone State Park.  She was in a serious accident outside of Waverly ,Iowa. Her car was struck on the driver's side and she sustained injuries that required her to be life flight flown toUniversity of Iowa Hospital where she is in the Neuro ICU. She has sustained brain injury, broken pelvis, broken femur, and several neck vertebrae that were fractured. She is on life support and is stable. Maggie(Margy)Ron, and Gretchen drove all night to get here onThursday night. Gretchen left on Sunday to return to her children, but was such a big help to mom and dad. John and Kay Heidrich came to visit on Saturday and to help get some details of this long stay in place. Laura is in the work of healing with the help of the great staff and the Lord God. Margy will be monitoring the site and welcomes all who visit here. She will do her best to keep you updated and Gretchen will help.
