i was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia in 2014 at the age of 33. I went into remission for 16 months and then relapsed in October of 2016. I was given an opportunity to participate in a DART study with Dr. Matt Foster, which brought me to UNC Cancer Hospital, where I am currently receiving treatment
