Hi and welcome. I wanted to share my Mothers story with you with hopes to open everyone eyes to the dreaded disease "Lupus".  My Mom has been suffering with lupus for years now, she is in her 70's which is hard enough, but with lupus she is unable to stand by herself now, has to use a walker and can not bend her arms any longer at the elbows so it is making her life a living hell, but she is a trooper and continues to try and care for herself and her little dog.  She has not been to the Doctor in a while because she can not get down her steps without the fear of falling, she really needs a ramp built, problem is we can not afford to build it for her and not able to pay to have it done ourseleves. We are hoping that putting her story out there might find someone willing to help, it would be nice for her to be able to at least the go to the Doctors, but also get out and go for a ride and out for a bite to eat.
