My Journey
Last week as I sat face to face with my surgeon he said to me:
LaDonna we are at a fork in the road, you can take the beautiful path with colorful flowers and beautfiul trees. There is a crystal blue steam flowing and the sky is bright. However, this road you must go alone.
Or you can choose the dirty, rocky road that is hot and dry.  There is a cliff on the side of the road but this road you will not go alone. God will hold your hand!!! 
I am taking the hard road, but I do not go alone!!! God is with me all the way!!!
As I now sit here in the bed and face my 1st round of chemo I am reminded that God is here with me, holding my hand.
I will survive my diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. I will win this battle!!!!! 

My daily reminder is HOPE:  a confident expectation
Where there is hope there is faith, where there is faith....miracles happen!!!!
I am expecting God to do great and might things along this journey.
