On Tuesday May 16th, 2017 Kyra went in for a routine procedure to alleviate Intracranial Pressure (ICP/Pseudo Tumor) (

Kyra had a massive brain bleed while undergoing this procedure and was taken to the operating room to have an emergency crainiotomy removing her left skull to relieve the pressure of the brain bleed. On Thursday evening Kyra had an MRI done that showed she has irreparable damage to the left and right hemisphere and a portion of the brain stem.
Kyra's family is currently using all the tools and resources they can to get more information and help for Kyra. The Ritchie family appreciates all the thoughts, prayers and concern from everyone, and they are overwhelmed by the show of love for Miss Kyra! If anyone deserves a miracle it is this beautiful woman! It goes with out saying but Pray, stay positive and believe in miracles.
