Kristal McKenzie-Peterson

It has been a whirl wind of a weekend. Kristal was diagnosed with a brain tumor and has started a long journey. At this time the doctors believe that it is benign and will require surgery in the future. To add to the bad news, she has an infection that has to be cleared before she can have surgery. She has been sent home to rest and antibiotics to clear the infection and what they call a survey period for the next month. She is scheduled to meet with a lot of doctors over the next few weeks and then surgery in early November. As you know..... A) she isn't the type to just sit and B) she's an optimistic fighter. We have started this site for updates, words of encouragement and a link to go fund me, bills will be piling up soon, so any bit will help. 
Please help me in supporting and encouraging her on this journey, so she can go back to med school and motherhood soon.
