As many of you already know, Korrin had a skating accident on Monday, 7/13/2020. Korrin was airlifted from Durango to Farmington with a traumatic brain injury. He has several fractures in his skull and contusions in the frontal and temporal lobe. He is making slow steady progess in healing . On Wednesday, they had him working with physical, occupational and speech therapists. One of the biggest challenges they are dealing with is keeping Korrin in bed. He wants to get up to use the bathroom and is telling his mom he wants to go home. At this point, the doctors are saying they want to wait a few more days to see how much the swelling in his brain subsides and what damage was actually sustained. As he continues to heal, we will do our best post his progress.
