Mom had a stroke in the early afternoon on February 2nd, 2019. She was immediately rushed to Lewisville Medical Center and after being stabilized was airlifted to Medical City Plano ICU because this hospital is the best in the area for strokes. Juanita Stephens very kindly helped us set up a CaringBridge so that we could better keep people up to date. There have been some very tense days, so apologies that we have not posted earlier than this. A huge shout out to all the people who have prayed for or with Mom, visited Mom, asked after Mom, encouraged us, brought meals, taken care of our dog and our mail, cleaned our house, run errands for us, and hung out in the waiting room. We are truly seeing the love of Christ and neighbor through you all!
