Kirk was diagnosed in September 2021 with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Totally curable cancer, they say. He is being treated at Emory and is receiving excellent care by the very best in the field. How lucky we are to have the Winship Cancer Institute literally down the street. All great love stories have challenges; we are bewildered but at peace with this new kind of journey for our family. This one not on airplanes and far off places - but meaningful and one we have no doubt Kirk and our family can overcome. We are leaning into our Christian faith and each of you for support.
