On December 28th, Kim visited an urgent care clinic because she was experiencing some flu-like symptoms. The next day, after reviewing the chest x-ray from the day before, one of the urgent care physicians recommended she have a CT scan due to a nodular density seen on her left lung. That evening, Kim had the CT scan and was given a report from the ER doctor that the nodular density on her lung was cancer.
We will provide updates along the way for anyone who would like to join us in this journey. This will be a place to not only share news from Kim's local physicians but also words of hope from our Great Physician; not only a place to share stories of pain or progress but also a place to share stories of God's faithfulness. We accept this part of our journey as from Him and are excited to walk through it together with Him and with one another.
