The past week has been a whirl wind for Kim Hunt, her husband, Brian, their 3 small children and all of their families. After having a mammogram and meeting with Kim's GYN, she was told they found a lump and a biopsy would be needed. Within the next few days, Kim developed severe abdominal pain and vomiting. The vomiting and pain continued forcing the delay of several tests and procedures. The MRI showed an enlarged pancreas and the biopsy confirmed Stage 3 Breast Cancer. Since that diagnosed, Kim was transported to The James Center in Columbus. Monday May 2nd, Kim will be having her gall bladder removed in the hopes of alleviating some of her pain. Once the physician team feel Kim has healed enough from the surgery, they will determine the proper plan to treat the cancer.
Please continue all of the prayers and support for Kim and her family.
