To my family, friends, and dear supporters:  

First, I could not be where I am today without all of you.  The last eight months have been obviously not only life-changing but have certainly given me a new and deeper understanding of what unconditional love, friendship and compassion truly mean.   I could not imagine enduring this horrific disease without, first, our Lord and Saviour in my life, and secondly, all of you.  

Thank you for helping me kick this stuff to the ground!
