God seems to have set us on this journey to help us grow. To remind us that every soul is of greater importance than its frail body and to teach us how we can find opportunities in sharing unconditional love.
Kevin's injury occurred on Friday July 31st, 2009 late morning. He was riding his skate board in the neighborhood and evidently hit a pile of debris left from the recent storms we had been having. He had a small scrape on his knee and scratch on his upper leg, but must have hit the back of his head on the curb. The damage was done to the brain stem which is why the injury is so serious.
