On February 25th, Teresa brought Kevin into the the ER with a 107 degree fever. He had been fighting the flu for a couple days. Maple Grove immediately brought him to the North Memorial Health Center. It was there he was admitted to the ICU and they determined he had influenza A and a strep pneumonia. His lungs were barely functioning and a ventilator was administered to assist and they fully sedated Kevin for pain relief. Fast forward to today, March 6. Kevin has had many ups and downs. He is still in the ICU with full sedation and ventilation breathing. He and the family appreciate strong prayers and happy thoughts to get Kevin and the family through the journey.
