My husband, Ken Montgomery, was diagnosed with cancer on May 19, 2017. At this point, we still do not know what type other than there is tumor on his liver that has metastasized to the bone and shadows on his pancreas. He has had a couple CT scans but still has not seen an oncologist for a biopsy. We are attempting to go through Parkland Hospital, the county hospital, however, that is a long, slow and arduous process.
Hopefully, this site will be the best avenue to keep all our family and friends updated, post prayer requests and to answer everyone's questions all at one time.

Please pray for my husband and our family as we deal with this devastating disease.
Specific prayer requests are:
* that we are able to move forward and get some answers as to his type of cancer
* for treatment options available
* that his pain level be lessened
* a miracle that all cancer is eradicated from his body and we are able to spend the rest of our lives together
* a practical request is that we find his driver's license VERY SOON!
Many of you have asked how you can help. Other than prayers, there really isn't a whole lot. Our kids, Kenneth, Matt, Kevan and Kristine, have stepped up and are here whenever their work schedules allow. The only other thing would be if you are local and can help out with getting Ken and/or Kristine where they need to be when I am unable.
We are blessed for having each of you in our lives and appreciate your friendship more than words can express.
