How did we get here?  On Wednesday, September 25th, 2019.  Ken's mobility was significantly different than normal - Peg could tell.  He had trouble with basic things like putting a shirt on or zipping a jacket.  As the next few days progressed, he wasn't getting better - things were getting worse.  He had significant trouble with his left side and needed help with stairs.  In hindsight, there were other symptoms like a persistent headache, forgetfulness, getting lost in familiar areas and leaving the water running.  As the family thought further back, we had noticed a dramatic change in his personality traits. He removed himself from weekly meetings he used to enjoy.  He didn't want to attend Packer games, that he LOVED for so many years! After seeing his primary care provider on September 30, 2019, he headed straight to the ER where a CT scan showed a large mass in the right side of his brain.  An MRI later that day confirmed a brain tumor.
