Ken's Story: On April 23rd our family received the terrible news that our beloved father, friend, and husband Ken Doherty had been diagnosed with stage 3b Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer. Over the past month, our family has been adjusting to our new normal. Although we are devastated by the news, we are more determined than ever to kick cancer's ass! Ken will be receiving chemotherapy and radiation treatment at St. Vincent's Hospital in Beaverton, Oregon, over the next 3 months. Through this website, we will be providing weekly updates every Sunday evening to keep our friends and family in the loop and have a place to relay important progress updates as we go through this cancer journey. We are stronger together and appreciate all the love, support, and encouragement during this difficult time.
