Kelly Nosko

Hi all,
 
On Tuesday, September 21 Kelly was hospitalized at Centracare - St. Cloud MN with Covid.  He was initially placed on supplemental oxygen and monitored through the fluctuations in his ability to intake O2.  He also received Monoclonal Antibodies to assist his body in fighting off the virus.

On Friday his ability to take in O2 had degraded and he was sedated into a paraplegic state and intubated.  The sedation is necessary to allow the ventilator to breathe for him.  Carol was able to visit him on Friday with the appropriate precautions.

His O2 supplement rate has varied but continues at high levels, with some improvement overnight last night (Sunday 9/26).  The goal is for the treatments to benefit his lung function and reduce the need for high O2 rates as continued high O2 has detrimental side effects.

We continue to have a strong faith that Jesus is walking this path with Kelly and the family and welcome all prayers and well wishes.  We’ll try to post updates as more information becomes available.
