Kelley has been fighting diabetes for several years and has had numerous health issues related to this dreadful disease. On Tuesday, August 30th, Kelley had his right foot amputated. The initial plan was to amputate the right leg below the knee. However due to infection, the foot was removed first, followed by a couple of days of antibiotics, and a surgery to remove his leg (below the knee) on friday, September 2nd.
