Kathy East

Kathy has suffered from an underlying lung condition for the past three years, but in early February she was having severe shortness of breath and went to the ER. She was placed on oxygen and was treated for pneumonia, however, the tests did not reveal any type of infection. She was placed on life suport and medevaced to Anchorage for further treatment. Although she has been taken off of the ventilator she has not shown significant improvement and doctors still cannot pinpoint the cause of her decline in lung function. We are hopeful the doctors in Denver can provide an effective diagnosis and treatment plan.
