Thank you for visiting.

I am a daughter of the KING ✝️, a wife, a mother and grandmother of 5 grandson's and a grand daughter due in February 👣  I'm a very hard worker. I love to take care of my family.

I was living my life carefree at 43, working very hard taking care of my parents and their home and coming home to do it all over again. Clean, cook, feed animals, you name it.  Until one day I felt a lump in my right breast. Everybody said, I had nothing to worry about. I knew in my gut, it was not normal and something was very wrong. I immediately scheduled a mammogram, which lead to needing a biopsy.  In which, the results of that, proved my intuition. I was diagnosed with stage 3 HER2+ in  Beaumont, Texas. I wanted a 2nd opinion so I went to MD Anderson, in Houston, Texas and they diagnosed me with Stage 3 IDC (Invasive Ductal Carcinoma ER+ (estrogen+). I immediately started  chemo (16 weeks). Waited a month had a lumpectomy and was told it was completely removed. Best news ever!!!! 🙌🏻 waited another month and then 8 weeks of radiation. One month after the completion of radiation I had a hysterectomy to stop the estrogen.

I have been taking Anastrozole for the past 3 years and 3 years exactly I had yet another gut feeling and requested another mammogram even though I was not due for my yearly. Well, I now have breast cancer again and waiting to get scheduled for surgery, which I have opted for a double mastectomy.

I truly believe God knew I had too much on my plate when I originally got cancer. He needed me to slow down and start putting my well-being first. I still take pride in my family and doing for them. I just let them help (a little 🤭)
