On September 18, 2021, at 6 pm, Kathie passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. She is survived by her husband Gary Nye Schwebs and her sister Dorrie Landry along with her nieces and nephew. She was a loving and caring human being. When she walked into a room, she filled it with laughter and sunshine. She is the hero we all want in our lives. She was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis around the time she was 5 years of age. She never let anything stand in her way of what she wanted to accomplish. She was a true warrior and a hero and will be missed each and every day.
