Katherine is currently under the care of doctors in North Carolina. She is doing better, and has been told that the environmental conditions in So. Cal is killing her and should not return. She was also told that she is lucky to be alive, and we praise our Lord for bringing her to this special place.
Several years ago she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, brought on primarily from stress, and dehydration. Many health care professionals, in California, had told Katherine that they have done all they can to help her. The doctor in particular that diagnosed her, originally, informed us that this is a condition that is untreatable, and simply prescribed medicine to handle pain. Refusing to accept this, Katherine was furthered told, that this was something she must learn to live with it, period.
