This past Mother's Day,  twins Khloe and Zoey were riding an ATV at their uncle's house. Khloe was driving and Zoey was riding behind her. Khloe went to take a turn, and a dip in the asphalt of the road caught a tire and the twins flipped, rolling twice. Zoey was taken by ambulance to St. John's in Springfield and Khloe was life flighted to OSF St. Francis. Zoey, thankfully, was released with a concussion, some road rash, and broken teeth. Khloe was not so lucky. A collapsed lung, multiple facial fractures , and has traumatic brain injury. Khloe underwent brain surgery and has come through that but has a very long road of recovery already. We believe in the power of prayer!
