Hi Friends and Family,
As most of you know, over the Christmas 2016 Holiday, I became quite ill and was diagnosed with Non Small Cell Lung Cancer.
I became very fatigued and short of breath and was rushed to Cooper University Hospital from my local hospital after a pericardial effusion
progressed rather rapidly to cardiac tamponade.
I began treatment with Carboplatin and Pemetrexed every 3 weeks for 6 cycles and then the plan is to continue on maintenance Pemetrexed.
