Here's the brief summary we've received so far:
She had shingles on her back. She was slurring her speech and hallucinating. The infection got so bad that it turned into MRSA staff infection. When we were finally able to get her to go to the ER, she was severely dehydrated and the infection was spreading. They ended up cutting a 17" long x10"wide x2" deep hole in her back to remove the infection. She is now at Vibra, a long term rehab center. She will be there 3-4 weeks and then go back to the doctor to get a skin graft.
