It all started June 2018 when I got a migraine that I couldn’t get rid of. I ended up in the ER and told I was having a miscarriage. A few days later I was no better and went back to ER was told I was pregnant and I scheduled a visit to the OB. Upon an ultrasound at the OB they could find the baby anywhere I went threw 3 rounds of Methotrexate (chemo). My migraines still were not getting better. January 2019 I went to see the Neurologist and they started me on meds for migraine and for Orthostatic Hypotension. The migraine meds made me drop weigh like crazy and I started to have blackouts more often then before. Along with all that my arms, hands, legs, & feet started going numb, they ran all sorts of labs as well as a tilt table test. The tilt table test shoed I have POTs ( Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and the labs showed I have Sjögren Syndrome (autoimmune). To list what has been found as if 10/13/2019 •POTs •Sjögren syndrome •Orthostatic Hypotension •Reactive Hypoglycemia •Chronic Migraines •Arachnoid Cyst in the Left Frontal Lobe •Vitamin D Deficiency •Chronic Fatigue I now see a •General Practitioner •Neurologist •Neurosurgeon •Cardiologist •Gastroenterologist •Rheumatologist We are well over a year in since the migraines started and at 10 months since I started seeing the Neurologist and we are finally getting answers. I’ll keep you updated on the tests they are running this month and I hope we can figure something out.
